If you are new to Liberation Yoga, welcome! Here’s everything you need to know:
What to do when you want to take class: Come in! No appointment or reservation necessary (though if you’d like to have something to make you accountable to your intentions please feel free to sign up through MindBody).
What to wear: Wear comfortable clothes you can move in without them falling over your face because you might (will) have your head below your heart at some point. You will not be wearing shoes (in case you are brand new) or socks.
What to bring: A smile! And if you don’t have a smile today, don’t worry. We’ll help with that. We recommend having the following for your practice:
Yoga mat (if you forget yours or don’t have one mats are available to rent for $1; first time free with the class)
Towel (optional; if you sweat)
Water bottle (we have great healthy water, all you can drink!)
What you won’t need: Your phone, iPad, or Laptop. Please leave them turned off, outside the class, or better yet—at home. As a courtesy to others with allergies, please refrain from heavy oils or perfumes. Note: certain classes use high grade organic essential oils so let your teacher know if this won’t work for you and we will refrain.
What to do if you love it and want to keep coming back: Drop in and pay for class one at a time OR buy a series and save some money and come all you can!
