Fear of falling? failing? Lacking confidence? courage? Blast these chintaam (fears) with our Bala Sadhana (strength practice) and change chintaam into Abhaya (fearlessness). Inversions improve your over-all internal and external functions of the body. They strengthen your arms, wrists, shoulders, core and improve concentration, coordination, circulation and balance. They calm the mind, relieve stress and tension and cure mild depression. Feel the Float!
