Join Christine Burke on an uplifting and empowering journey of the heart that will awaken you to the life force known as Shakti that is around you and within you. The power of a focused practice has endless proven benefits, including better health, greater sense of optimism for the future, deeper more supportive relationships, better sleep, and increased prosperity. This version of SMHD is curated to infuse your body, mind, and spirit with the kind of radiant life force that brings forth the best in you toward healing wounds, awakening your life force, and thriving on a daily basis. Together, with the energy of community, we will explore joyful, meaningful daily practices that will help you manage stress, stay focused and open, and be the light in the world you are meant to be.
We will meet each week from the comfort of your own home. All calls are recorded for replay at your convenience. While your presence is encouraged on the calls it is not mandatory.

What is Shakti? It is the feminine creative life force of the universe. Though self care, meditation, breath, reflection, and group support, we will awaken more of the life force within.
We will choose where we each want to direct this vibrant pulse over the course of our time together. We will arrive at the end of the year refreshed and reconnected to ourselves and to our purpose.

My SMHD experience exceeded all my expectations and has definitely improved my quality of life.
